Donna has been exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process of me learning to drive. Not only has her teaching itself been of a consistently high quality, she has been very flexible and accommodating in terms of organising additional lessons at relatively short notice. Without her help, I would not have been able to pass at all, let alone on my first try and with no faults.

In terms of her teaching style, Donna is always specific and direct in her feedback. She always clearly articulates why a particular action is the right or wrong thing to do, which has been helpful for me as an autistic driver who requires clear explanations and rationales for each step of the process. She takes the time to understand your specific learning style and tailors her teaching accordingly, e.g. for myself as a visual learner she printed a number of diagrams to visually illustrate the flow of traffic at roundabouts, junctions, etc.

Donna has also been patient and kind, which is much appreciated, as driving doesn´t come easily to me and so it would have been understandable to get frustrated with me. If you live in the area I can´t recommend Donna highly enough; her straightforward teaching style, flexibility and personable manner will make you feel at ease as you learn, even if you´re starting out feeling very nervous and daunted by the prospect of driving.
